Remember,
we're making these especially for you, so they will vary
slightly from the illustrations. However, if you're not
satisfied, we aren't either-and we'll cheerfully refund or
replace any item that doesn't meet your expectations! Allow
2-3 weeks for custom orders, though we'll try to work within
your timeframe whenever possible.

Returned Checks and Charge backs
We will collect a
$25 bad check fee on returned checks (in addition to the
order total) and non-justified credit card chargeback
attempts. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% interest
per month. Any payments that appear to be fraudulent will
be reported to the proper authorities.
Shortage Claims
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
Liability
Mytym Beads and
Fine Art does not claim any responsibility for damage
and/or personal injury as a result of our products being
used improperly.
Returns
If you are not
satisfied with your beads, you may return any items
provided that they are in original condition and
packaging within 10 days of receipt of package. You will
need to call or e-mail us to obtain a return
authorization number. Please do not return anything
without prior authorization. Returns not due to our
error are subject to a 15% restocking fee (damaged items
excluded). We reserve the right to refuse returns after
60 days. Credit will be issued to your file and applied
to your next order. We do not issue credits back to your
credit card. Please review your order carefully before
making your final purchase.
