Payment Options

I accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal, money orders, and Check with 10 day clearance accepted. Remember, I am making these especially for you, so they will vary slightly from the illustrations. However, if you're not satisfied, I'm not either-and I'll cheerfully refund or replace any item that doesn't meet your expectations! There is a 15% charge for custom orders (new designs, new colors). Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders, though I'll try to work within your time frame whenever possible.
Shipping Options

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. To estimate shipping costs via USPS Priority mail within the US) please use the chart below. These charges include insurance and tracking/delivery confirmation.

Handling Charge- $2.00 per order

In order to provide you with the best service, I ship all orders USPS Priority or UPS. I am sorry, but I do not ship 1st class mail because tracking numbers are not available with this service. For overnight and 2 day shipping rates, please contact me.

Returned Checks and Charge Backs

I will collect a $25 bad check fee on returned checks (in addition to the order total) and non-justified credit card chargeback attempts. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% interest per month. Any payments that appear to be fraudulent will be reported to the proper authorities.

Mytym Beads and Fine Art does not claim any responsibility for damage and/or personal injury as a result of my products being used improperly.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return any items provided that they are in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of package. You will need to call or e-mail me to obtain a return authorization number. Please do not return anything without prior authorization. I reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days. Credit will be issued to your file and applied to your next order. I do not issue credits back to your credit card, but will refund by check. Please review your order carefully before making your final purchase.

Privacy Policy

Here at Mytym Beads and Fine Art I always respects your privacy! I do not rent or sell any of your information to third parties. I only collect information that is needed to process your order. I do not keep credit cards on file for your protection.
