Patty Kampmann- founder and owner of Mytym Beads and Fine Art, began making jewelry in 1993. She has been making her own beads since 2004 and strives to bring you the best quality and variety of lampwork beaded jewelry in the St. Louis area. She has participated in numerous top rated art shows across the country including Art on the Square and Gold Coast. Each glass bead is handmade on a lampwork torch ensuring it’s artistic individuality of design, color and form. No two are exactly alike, but they are always recognizable as a Mytym design.

Reprioritizing in 2008, you will still find Patty in her studio creating new pieces, but you are as likely to find her at a horse show than at an art show in 2009. "I love what I do, I love creating new designs and playing with glass combinations, and I love designing jewelry that makes people happy. This year though, I think I need to focus more on health, and family and balancing out my life a bit. Getting back to riding has been a positive change. I spend more hours a week with the girls now as we work on mutual riding goals, and I am physically much more active. I don't think I will ever stop making beads, I love it too much. I'm looking forward to a healthier balance of work, family and fun for 2009."
